In October, 2011, the General Administration of publication and the Ministry of environmental protection jointly issued a notice on the implementation of green printing, and decided to jointly carry out the implementation of green printing. By the end of the 10th five year plan, green printing will be basically completed, and green printing enterprises will strive to account for 30% of the total number of enterprises in China. The inspection, certification and demonstration of green printing is a scientific system. The Ministry of environmental protection, the environmental certification center of the General Administration of publishing and the China Printing Bureau actively cooperate to develop green printing standards. In March, 2011, the first standard of green printing was approved and implemented by the Ministry of environmental protection to keep the outflow and inflow under the capital account in a state of relative balance of payments. In November, 2012, the green printing business standards were fully launched, and it is planned that after the promulgation and implementation of all three standards, the green printing environmental standards will cover major domestic enterprises, basically meeting the domestic printing requirements. After the promulgation of these three standards, no new standards will be formulated in the next threeorfour years. After threeorfour years, we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of these three standards, and make necessary improvements and modifications to the standards. The green printing standard testing and certification demonstration system has been basically formed, and the implementation of green printing standards has achieved increasingly remarkable results. third, strengthen publicity and policy support. The General Administration of publication, the Ministry of education and the Ministry of environmental protection jointly issued the standard on green printing for small and medium-sized education in 2012. By 2015, 30% of primary and secondary schools in all regions will implement green printing. After another one to two years, we will basically achieve full coverage of green printing in primary and secondary schools across the country. These policies, on the one hand, guide the green transformation of the industry and inject more green product investment into the society. On the other hand, the use of green products provides support for more public institutions and consumer institutions to adopt green products. In terms of policy support, Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing and other regions have carried out green printing support work. Through policy support, green printing will achieve significant results
